"(1) I find it outrageous that for this price there is no acceptable gratis coffee/milk/cookies for breakfast.
Stll worse, it is quite unacceptable that you charge GST and PST for food which was not consumed. Presumably, this was for the inedible instant coffee and powdered milk.
Very poor value. This was our second stay, and the last.
