"For business purposes to access my business e-mail, I required high speed internet access for my notebook computer and all that was available was your computer near the front desk. That simply doesen't cut it these days when so many hotels are offering it in the rooms. The heating system in the room provided either a temperature of too hot or not warm enough. I could not seem to get it adjusted right throughout my stay."
